Severe night leg cramps

Decided to try this to ease severe night muscle cramps in thighs, calves and feet, on my feet all day in cold environment lot of standing on cold floors, was having excruciating thigh cramps resulting in cold sweats and feeling physically sick until the cramping subsided, been taking for about 8 weeks now, and have to say they are a massive help I’ve had no leg cramps at all when taking this nightly on a couple of occasions I could not take pre bedtime and I suffered cramping in legs, I find they work well for me in cold water about 1 hour before bedtime, I use about 300ml cold water and taste is ok, less than 300ml it can taste very bitter like a very tart sherbet lemon (bit of an eye closer….) doesn’t devolve well in cold water I swirl the last few ml’s in bottom of glass and tip glass quickly to drink to get the full dosage. I don’t have an issue with sleep so unable to comment on this
